Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Accounting Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting principles and practices, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to mentor students in both theoretical and practical aspects of the subject.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures and interactive sessions on accounting, finance, taxation, and related subjects.
Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.
Integrate real-world case studies, accounting software, and modern tools into the curriculum.
Collaborate with other faculty members to maintain academic quality and consistency.
Participate in departmental meetings, training programs, and academic development activities.
Stay updated with the latest trends, practices, and regulations in accounting and finance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com / B.Com).
Experience: 1–2 years of teaching or industry experience in accounting or finance.
Strong conceptual understanding of accounting principles and standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, PeachTree, SAP, ZOHO, Excel).
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and student development.
