Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our institution’s courses and programs, building brand awareness, and driving admissions through innovative marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the institution’s courses and services.
Plan and execute digital marketing activities including social media, email, and online ads.
Conduct field visits, seminars, and awareness programs in schools, colleges, and public spaces.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging promotional materials.
Handle lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion to achieve admission targets.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
Conduct market research to understand competitors and emerging trends in the education sector.
Represent the institution at educational fairs, exhibitions, and public events.
Prepare periodic marketing and performance reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 0–1 year in marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital platforms, and lead management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, social media tools, and CRM software.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for field marketing).
